How do I distibute an outlook rule to other users?

I have a rule which I want to distribute to other users. If I export, it
exports all my rules.

Is there a way to distribute a rule to other users automatically?
Is there a way to only export only 1 rule of many?

Well, export all your rules.
Make sure the .rwz file is safe and secure. (I'd consider importing it to
another user, just to make sure it works)
Delete all your rules but the one you want to share.
Export the rule *to a different file*.
Import the first .rwz file.

I'd try it on a test mailbox first, of course.

Otherwise, you'd be looking at some method of creating rules
programmatically and rolling that out to user workstations and having it run
in their logon script.
