How do I do 2-column booklets (pages 1, 2, etc.) in Publisher?

I am trying to set up a two-column address book, landscape so that pages fold
over and staple in the center of the booklet. Does Publisher automatically
arrange these pages, or do I need to manually decide what page goes where in
order for the booklet to come out right?
