how do i download word, excel, and power point? i have vista

i bought acers computer with vista. i need excel, power point, and word. how
do i download them?

You can download a *trial* version but after 60 days, you have to pay for
it. Perhaps you should've told your salesperson you needed Office. You could
have picked up a copy of Office Home and Student Edition while you were
getting the charge card out.

You have to buy them. Acer might have offered a deal with the
computer, see if they'll still do so.

Agreed, I particularly like their laptops but don't they offer a way to
configure the computer prior to buying as HP, Dell, etc. do?

Hmmm, I guess not unless the store does. HP and Dell sell online and
you can add Office or Works or ???? before ordering.

We got our Acer at Circuit city and they do sell Office there. The advantage
is that you'd get a retail copy of office instead of an OEM, which is just
the way I prefer it.

If you want a genuine MS Office 2007 then you will need to buy it
