how do i downoad excel and powerpoint?

i have "downloadad" the powerpoint program from the site, but i still am not
able to upload any powerpoint files! What did i do wrong? Now i need excel,
but don't want the same thing to happen! did i simply download the wrong
file? there are dozens to choose from!

You can download a trial version on office 2003. You will be able to use it
for 30 days. If that's what you want, i can direct you the link.
