how do i email pack and go

i have prepared a presentation with a short movie file and picture, i am
trying to email this but outlook will not let me send this, any ideas.
This i believe is the only way that i can send a complete presentation, as
pps file loses both the movie and picture

Rename the PRES0.PPZ to PRES0.ZIP. Mail the zipped file and tell the end user
to unzip it to a folder and play the presentation.
