How do I enable a disabled macro?

Hi,
I just started my job and while setting up my computer, I accidentally
pressed "Disable All Macros." How do I enable them now?

What program, and what version?

If you're talking about Office 2007, try Office button - [application name]
Options - Trust Center - Trust Center Settings - Macro Settings.
