How do I enable Macros on my computer?

I am learning Excel and Access in college and trying to use Office Small
Bisiness Financial Manager but it wont let me open it up. It keeps saying
refer to the Internet on enabling Macros. Apperantly My Macros have not been
enabled.HELP

I have Office 2000 but I changed the security level to medium and it still
said I must enable Macros. Is there a button to do this with?

After you change the security level in the particular Office 2000
application, close the application, and restart it. If there are
macros that are supposed to run when the application starts, then
you should receive a prompt to enable or disable those macros.
