how do I filter on a customized field

I created my own table which has customized column fields. The customized fields were created using fields. For example I explicitly flag a task as a deliverable. I want to export this data to excel but I want to filter on the flag which was setup for the deliverable. When I create the map, I do not see any flags visible in the drop down menu for the filter. Is there a way to filter the data being exported using a customized field defined using a flag ?

Hello Chris,

Of course you can !
You just have to create this filter before exporting the data.
For creation of a filter : (If the flag field is Flag1)
Project / Filtered For / More Filters.../ New /Field name : "Flag1" ...
Eqals ... "No"
When you create the map you will find your filter in the "Export filter"
drop down list.
