I recieve a lot of e-mail from one particular user at another company. Every
attachment she sends shows up on my machine as a ".dat" file. Everyone else
can get the attachments in their original form. If one of my colleagues
forwards the message to me, it is fine. I have personally visited her
machine and followed the knowledge base articles and made sure that all the
plain text boxes are checked etc. All to no avail, the attachments still
come to me and only me in .dat.
Why is it only me? I am running Win2K Pro, Outlook 2K SP3, keep up with all
the updates and virus scanning. Thanks in advance fo any and all assistance
