How do I force a powerpoint presentation to be "always on top"

I am trying to create a powerpoint presentation that starts at logon and then
terminates using a batch file. The problem is that other (needed)
applications are popping up on top of the powerpoint presentation. I need to
know how to make this presentation stay on top of other applications much
like task manager does.
