SP3 for Office XP is alreay installed, but I am experiencing problems that SP3 was
supposed to fix!
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827349 Outlook now won't send/receive if I don't
send/receive for five minutes! Everything else on this computer works great!

Trying to reinstall gives me a message that SP3 is already installed.

??? PLEASE, how can I force a re-install of SP3 for Office XP??????

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

P.S. for the below problem I deleted outcmd.dat - no help!

No need, as I don't think that is your issue. If you have a virus scanner
that integrates with Outlook disable this integration and try again.

I have Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000. The computer and everything else
works perfectly
except that it has gotten to the point where Outlook won't send or
receive if I do not
do a send/receive after five minutes. My computer is free from viruses
and spyware, I
scan every week.

The errors are get are 0x8004210B and 0x8004210A. It is getting worse
and worse.

My daddy told me to uninstall my antivirus. I did that. I also shut
down my antispyware.
I was told to do a tected and repair on Outlook. I did that.
Today I had the exact same problem 3 times. From searching the web I
see that there are
lots and lots of people like me with this problem and no one can help
them.

This is really hurting me now. I know about my computer and there is
nothing wrong with
this one but this is really getting me angry that there are so many
people with the same
problem as me but Microsoft won't fix it. Someone please help me.

Locate the srs-file of your mail profile and rename that to .old when
Outlook is closed. Does it work now?
C:\Document and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\<profilename>.srs
