how do i generate a graph for my data

I have some data I want to plot into a graph. How do I do that using MS Word,
powerpoint, publisher or any other program.

In PowerPoint go to Format|Slide Layout and choose the last layout, Title +
Chart. Double-click where it says "double-click to add chart." Or just
choose Insert|Chart and double-click the chart.

Put your data in the datasheet. If you don't see the datasheet, choose
View|Datasheet.
