How do I get a summary of how many people (i.e. resources) I need

OK this must be simple - I cant believe that such a complex bit of software
cant do this.

I have a project, it involves using mainly people as resource, what I want
to do is to produce a simple table or graph that tells me I need 2 people in
week 1, 5 in week 2, 16 in week 3 etc, etc.... you get the idea. Its basic
resource planning and all I seem to be able to get is a badly formatted bar
chart showing over allocation.

Please help me!

James,
Have you tried a combined resource graph? If not, go to our MVP website
at: http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
and take a look at FAQ 38 - Combined Resource Graph

Hope this helps.
