how do I get an animation to move after inserting it into an emai.

Each time I download an animation from clips online, save it and insert into
an e-mail the animation is there but doesn't move.

Ernie,
As far as I know you have to send the e-mail using the html format, not the
rich text format. If you have Outlook 2003 it should work. If you have
Outlook 2007 on the other hand it will not, support for animated gifs has
been abandoned.
