I have used Microsoft Office at my training center where it automatically
gives the phonetic guide whenever Kanji Character used. So we are able to
pronounce it by reading it in Katagana after phonetic guide automatically
appear. But on my Laptop Microsoft Office, I am not able to get the same
automatically convertion. In the help guide also indicate that I am suppose
to enter myself the ruby text. Why is that? Could somebody help me..?
