How do I get Business Contacts to be the default list on opening?

Outlook V 2003. When I click on Contacts, I want Business Contacts to open
rather than Contacts. Also, when I click on the address book icon to select
an addressee to send an email to, I want it to be Business Contacts, not
Accounts, as the default.
