How do I get different letter hights in wordart

can any one tell me how to start wordart in one capital letter and then the
remaining of the word in smaller capitals

Only way I can advise is to create two WordArts. With a little manipulation it will
look okay, at least it does for me.

Highlight your text and go to Format > Font. Select the small capitals option.
This will format your text with large capital letters for the beginning of
sentences and smaller capital letters instead of lower case.
