How do i get email's addresses from MSOutlook folders at once

I have my customers' email addresses in their different respective folders.
however, I need email addresses from these folders's without opening the
folder then its email as one folder for one customer and total folders are
more than 2000 so it will waste my lot of time.
I will use this extraction for sending newsletter to my customers and this
process can repeate again.
Plz tell me in step wise as i am not so much professional.
