How do I get hyperlinks n Publisher 03 docs to work w/email merge?

I created a Publisher doc with hyperlinks to be emailed with mail merge.
When I try to get the document set up, I emailed it to myself to test it and
some of the hyperlinks do not attach. Can you give me any adivse?

Thanks David,

Please check the 2nd link for "Convert Your Publisher Newsletter for Use on
the Web". This one came back with a page cannot be displayed. I think this is
the one I that might help me.
