Outlook 2003.

I tried to reinstall file converters - from disk setup, add / remove
programs from control panel, change language settings in windows - that's all
I've seen in your replies to previous similar posts.
Thanks
Luis

File converters?
"Importers and Exporters" is the option you should have installed.

Thanks. Anyway, I wasn't given such option - neither file converters, or
whatever. office just reinstallated itself and that was that. May it be
because it is an upgrade?

Not likely. If you run Office 2003 setup, Add/Remove, Importers and
Exporters appear under Outlook.

But did the installation of Importers and Exporters succeed?
If so, then close Outlook, delete or rename outcmd.dat, then restart Outlook
to repair your toolbar.
