How do I get incoming e-mail on both accounts?

Since I've changed back to microsoft outlook I can't get our e-mail to come
to both sides of our computer. It goes to either one or the other not both
like it used to.We have the same e-mail address but each of us have a seprate
account on the computer. Both are administrators.

Have you configured your account to leave it on the server (for POP3)?

again both are on pop3 and when I run the test e-mail on both sides it comes
back sucessful so the accounts are good but it's so frustrating to have to go
to both sides to check for e-mail.We had gone to outlook express but didn't
like it and bought microsoft outlook and now this problem. I completley shut
down outlook express thinking that might have something to do with it but no
luck.
