how do i get inking to work in Word 2007, with a Wacom tablet?

I am running Windows 7 with Office 2007.
Before loading Windows 7, I ran Vista and I was able to use a Wacom tablet
to ink my own handwritten notes in a Word document.
I used to hit the "Review" group, then on the far right of the tools menu
there would be a "Start Inking" button which I could then hit and I could
write notes anywhere across the Word document and save them.
Now, in WIndows 7 I hit "Review" and there's no "Start Inking" button
available.
How can I get that facility again?

From previous experience, there is a setting in Windows that needs to be
activated to using inking. Not sure where it is in Windows 7 as I do not
have it installed anywhere and would therefore suggest that you find a
Windows newsgroup (or Wacom forum) to ask the question. Alternatively,
Googling for Wacom Tablet Windows 7 turns up a few hits that may provide
information.

Thanks Doug.
I have activated the tablet - or at least I think I have, but maybe I
haven't FULLY activated the tablet! The tablet works and I can write in the
text bar and add data in Word but I must use the "Insert" button and it
formats the text to match the typed text. I can't manage to add handwritten
notes. So far I've found nothing of value, searching using Google, in any of
a number of permutations of search.

Also, the URLs (which came to me on the email which told me that there was a
response to my post) don't work. I tried to use them on two different
computers and they didn't link to any website, let alone this thread.
