How do I get it to appear on the page as it does in Print Preview?

I'm planning to e-mail a promotion flyer department-wide but I can't get it
to where the lines and text boxes are invisible when displayed in the
message. When I got to print preview, the lines/text boxes aren't there.
How do I get those lines to disappear while I'm viewing it on the page?
