How do I get Media Player to NOT turn on at startup?

I have looked, but can not find, how to turn OFF the feature (option?) that
tells Windows Media Player to open every time I turn on my computer.

Please make it stop! It's driving me NUTs.

Remove the shortcut in Start, Programs, Startup. OR post your question
in one of the groups for Windows instead of Office.
