How do I get my MS Outlook Notes into my iPhone 3G?

I can sync my contacts and calendar but can't do the same for notes or tasks.
Is there a work around ?

Does the sync software you use support syncing notes and tasks? If not,
you'll need to find sync software that does support it. Check Applie's
iphone forum to find out if there is other software you can use.
