How do I get past the Application failed to initiate error?

I have downloaded the MS Office Student and Teacher version and I keep
getting an error that says "Application failed to initiate 0xc0150002. How
can I get past that and get my applications to work?

Sorry I need to clear this up a bit. I have the Student and Teacher edition
on CD that I bought from Walmart about 3 months ago. My harddrive crashed and
I am trying to re-install it from the cd. That is what I meant by download,
not from the web or someone else, but from my own cd, with the "key" on the
case. I am still getting the error message, even uninstalling it and
re-installing using the cd does not work.
