MS Office Outlook 2003, Windows XP Professional

On opening OUTLOOK I get this message: "The add-in 'C:\Program
Files\SpamBlockerUtility\Bin\4.7.1.0\Redemption.d...' could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the
Help menu."
I have used "Detect and Repair several times, without success. How can I get
rid of this message?
OUTLOOK seems to work OK, otherwise.

Thank you DL,

Your answer was helpful even though I could not find the items you suggested

"Adware", went to the site for SBU and under the list of subjects found an
uninstall. Clicked on that, and my problems were solved.
Thank you for your time and effort.
