How do I get rid of this picture toolbar in publisher 2007?

This pop-up picture toolbar is driving me nuts! I hate it and don't want it
popping up uncalled for. Is there a way to stop it without moving or closing
it every darn time?

to one of the other toolbars.

You can dock any toolbar. When you dock the toolbar, it will be there when you
open Publisher the next time.

Geeeeze... I have been seeing this for the past five months and just didn't
think about it. It is great to have it out of the way.
