How do I get the name of a city to repeat through a document?

I am using a template and want to be able to put the name of my city on the
first page and have it carry over to every page with the city name on, is it
supposed to be in a cell or something? Thank you for your help with this.

You can type the city in a text box on the Master Page, it will be on every page
in the same place.
