How do I get the power point pointer to be larger?

I need to have a large pointer for large group presentations. The little dot
can't be seen from the back of the room.

In recent versions of powerpoint (2003, not sure about xp) You can alter the
pointer globally in windows and powerpoint will use it. Control panel > mouse
