How do I get WORD to populate FNAME in all places

A client has a template form that has multiple occurances of the
same named fields such as FNAME, LNAME that he wants to
automatically populate when he fills in the first one. I am supporting
his Excell and Access processes but am lost with Word. Any idea
what to look for or at?

If he is using form fields, then each field has a built-in bookmark that can
be referenced with a REF (cross-reference) field. See
