How do I have more than one occurance of outlook running?

I have multiple e-mail accounts on various services. I
want to have an outlook session open for 3 of them at the
same time. I can currently open more than one outlook
2002 session at the same time, but it doesn't give me the
chance to choose the profile I want to use. Can anyone
help?
