How do I highlight the background of the task names?

Hi, I'm trying to highlight the background of my tasks under the task names
column in different colors for tasks that are not started yet but there isn't
a fill color option available at the toolbar. I have tried to use the drawing
option, but the cycle fill color option ($cycle fill color) is disabled.
Any clues? Thanks.

Project indeed does not allow background coloring - Sorry.
