How do I hyperlink a Visio shape to a specific area in Word doc.?

I'm creating a visio and would like to hyperlink shapes to specific areas
within a Word XP document for backup support and explanation. I can
hyperlink the shape to the document, but not to a specific bookmark within
the document. Do you have suggestions on how this can be performed? Thanks.
