How do I import another users contact list and make it my own?

Want to copy a coworkers shared contacts and make them my own as I am working
out of hers and just building her database whgile mine remains emppt. There
are an awful lot to have to forward them by email and save. Can I somehow
import them to my own?

Open her Contacts folder, select the first one, then select them all with
CTRL-A. Then click Edit>Copy to Folder and select your own Contacts folder
as the destination.
