how do I import my contact list from hotmail

I love using microsoft outlook to retrieve and respond to my emails. However,
the problem is when sending email via microsoft outlook i can't seem to
access my contact laddress from hotmail. how can i get it in microsoft?

I'd appreciate any assistance
