How do I include ALL previous messages when forwarding emails

I want to ensure that ALL previous message content is included when I forward
an email. It does include only the previous message but not the ones before
that !
Anyone know why ?

Go to your tools menu>options>preferences>Email Options and you should find
the settings under replies and forwards that you are looking for. Make sure
that you have the option to 'Include original message text' chosen as your
option for replies and forwards.
