How do i insert a line break in uml activity diagrams?
I have an action state box with some text in it. By default the action state
box expands horizontally as per the size of the sentence (text). I want to
insert a line break (in action state box) so that a long sentence can be
broken into 2-3 lines. How do i do that?

We don't provide that kind of formatting option, as the text is actually
the name of the item within the model, and will be displayed in the Model
Explorer as a single line in any case.

It is not a great idea to insert special characters into the name, as it
may have impact on other functions, and there was no testing done on that
sort of text formatting. But it is possible to use the text editor mode
(F2) to directly enter the text. As I said - the model explorer will not
respect any formatting, as it is not designed to do so.

If you are going to use Visio to generate code with the Visio for
Enterprise Architects version, however, I would suggest only using the
designed methods of entering information about the model objects, to ensure
that you get the correct results.
