How to disable the shape auto arrange UML

I am using Visio 2007 to make some UML diagrams. However, the shape auto
arrangement is very annoying. For example, once I have put couple of swimming
lanes in the activity diagram and then added several action state into them,
it is impossible to resize the swimming lane since it will be bumping
everywhere in the drawing.

I can disable this by change the behaviour on the shape to allow it cross
other shapes and connections. But I will have to do it one by one. I am
wondering if there is a way to disable this behivour once for all.

Thanks.

The UML addon seems to decide that certain shapes need to be moved
when the swimlane gets moved or resized. But only certain shapes and
not others!!

But my activity diagrams (see the URL below) don't do things like
that. They just work and can be resized easily.
