How do I insert a movie from my comp to play on another comp

I'm trying to insert a video clip from my computer, however when I email the
presentation, the video clip will not appear on their computer. I know there
has to be a way to do this. I've made a folder with all the material in it,
but I can't email the entire folder. Any suggestions?

How about zipping it? You can zip a folder using winzip (www.winzip.com) or
winrar.
