How do I insert a picture to fit into an authshape?

I'm trying to make my inserted picture fit within the circle. I've done it
before, but for the life of me can't remember the steps. I've tried
everything and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Thanks

Select the AutoShape and click the arrow beside the Fill button on the
Drawing toolbar. Choose Fill Effects and then the Picture tab.
