How do I insert a text form onto my Template without it moving ot.

I'm trying to create a protected Word template that multiple users would
enter text into without affecting the original form but when text is entered
into my form field it affects the rest of the document by reformatting the
original form. This occurs even with the form protection option on.

Put the form fields in table cells of fixed size.
