How do I insert a window?

hello, I 'am writeing a word doc and I need to insert a window of (my
documents folder) just like if you were looking at the screen.

With the folder displayed, select Prt Scr or Alt+Prt Scr and then with the
cursor where you want the image to appear, use Ctrl+v (paste)

Or if you get yourself of copy of Snagit from www.Techsmith.com you be able
to enhance the image in a number of ways.

Thank you very much that is exactly what I wanted!! is there a way to make it
any sharper? it is very fuzzy.. my display setting is 1400x1050x32bit?
