How do I insert protected music files into PowerPoint 2002?

I'm trying to insert songs in a PowerPoint. Unfortunately, they are
protected. How do I get around this?

If they are protected by Digital Rights Management they cannot be used in
PowerPoint. Tell us more and there might be a work around. Kinda depends on
where they came from and what kind of protection has been applied.

I downloaded them from WalMart. com. I have no idea what kind of protection
is applied or how to tell?
