How do I install proofing tools 2002

I cannot install Microsoft Proffing tools 2002 in Microsoft Office
Professional 2003. Is there a way to install it?

If you have Microsoft Office XP with Proofing Tools for Office XP installed
and you upgrade to Office 2003, your proofing tools will continue to work.
If, however, you install Office 2003 and then install Proofing Tools for
Office XP, your proofing tools will not work in Office 2003.
