How do I keep an object in front of a movie in Powerpoint?

[Errrmmm...]

When I try to have something come in over the top of a movie in Powerpoint
2003, It always get sent behind the movie. How can I stop this from happening?

Unfortunately, movies will always be on top. What is it that you want to
place it on top?

Im guessing that you want text in front of part of the video?
You can't easily do this in Powerpoint as Tohlz says nearly everything will
be behind the video.

Workarounds:
Add the text to the video (easier than you think)
