How do I layer pics in Pub so that one pic shows thru another?

The border of my pictures overlap on the flyer I am creating and I am hoping
to allow the pictures to show through each other. How do I achieve this?

If you are saying the background of your picture has color and you wish to make
it transparent, there is a transparency tool on the picture toolbar, use it to
touch the background.
