How do I lock the text?

How do I lock the font sizes on my web site? when I use
the increase text size function in my IE browser, I don't
want the page looking all crazy. And I don't care about
the visually impaired sob story. People always think I'm
asking for moral advice.

I care about locking the text. How do I do it?

I guarantee that none of you will have a clear answer to
my questions.

Maybe there isn't a clear answer.
Maybe there isn't any answer.
How are you so sure nobody will have the answer?
What do you mean by looking crazy?
Are you only concerned with locking text in IE?
What about other browsers, are you concerned with those?
Why do you want to lock the text?

The answer was already posted- put it into an image file
Not good enough- to keep it pretty put it all in a pdf file.

If you seriously want this, you must create your site as
a series of graphics containing the text with the fonts
and fonts sizes you desire.

Hi Fontjunkie,

If you're so sure we are all challenged by this question and do not have the
mental capabilities to answer it then why ask it? It would seem to me that
the person asking the question is either looking for flame or lacks the
mental capacity to understand the logic of their own words.

BTW, which browser the ancient ones:

NN3 and earlier
IE2 and earlier
Opera 3.5 and earlier

The Old ones:

IE 3 & 4
IE 5 for Windows
Opera 4

The recent ones:

IE 5 for Mac
IE 5 for Win
Opera5

And finally the new browsers:

IE 6 for Win
Netscape 6 & 7
Opera 6 & 7

Each has a different system for defaulting the user selected display
options. For example Opera 6 & 7 use a form of CSS style sheet that is
applied last in the cascade order thus insuring that the users preference
supersede the designers. I leave the rest as a challenge for yourself to
learn something. I have hunch that you may be better equipped to work alone
that in a group / team environment in any case.
