how do i make a background picture 'fit to page' in frontpage?

i need to make my full sized background picture fit to the page even if the
views IE screen needs minimising etc. currently the picture only looks fine
if the screen you are viewing it in is maximisied, but i swear there is a way
to fit to screen a pic.
