How do I make a command button email a form?

I have created a form in Word and I would like to have the results emailed to
me in .txt format. I would like the command button to open the default email
program (as identified in Internet Explorer). I am using Office 2003
Professional.

Doug:

Thank you for your insight, however, I already visited that site and I was
hoping to find another way to use the email command without commiting to
Outlook. Most of our staff use Lotus Notes and when they click the "mailto"
links it picks the program selected in IE.
